Personal, professional and etiquette : Attributes
professional attributes are different to personal attribute.
Personal skills are the skills you use to be a good employee, and professional skills are the skills you use to do your job well. There may be some overlap between the two, but typically personal skills include things like communication and collaboration, while professional skills include coding and data entry.
To build a career in the media sector the attributes you need are:

- knowledge in media as well as advanced technology

Film director
- Leadership/ assertive- must be able to bring ideas from thoughts, and instruct actors and production team to evaluate his ideas, and apply them in a clear and direct manner.
- inspired- A director needs to keep the team they are working with focused and keep the atmosphere high at all times, so that everyone passion is present throughout filming and rehearsal processes.
- passionate- If they are noy passionate, it will be visible in the work, and without passion, creativity and thought-provoking ideas will not follow.
- creative- follows from passion, creativity is needed to form interesting and entertaining scenarios behind the camera.
- teamwork- Must be able to take criticisms and opinion of his co-workers, when filming, the actors have to be comfortable with what their doing on camera. If they have constructive points, a director shouldn't dispute it immediately.
